Try this Chocolate and Kale Protein Shake as your breakfast vegan smoothie for weight loss:
- 2 cups fresh chopped kale
- ¾ chocolate skim or almond milk
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1 spoonful peanut butter
- ½ banana
- 1 handful ice
- Blend kale with milk in a blender until combined.
